Do You Salsa?

Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Really, really delicious Mango & Roasted Red Pepper Salsa from Sam’s Club

Zatarain’s Shrimp & Crab Boil…the best for boiling shrimp!
Boiling shrimp at home is so easy and so delicious especially if you like them on the spicier side…which you know I do. I use at least twice the amount of shrimp boil called for and if there are any leftover shrimp, I make shrimp salad.

Do you like seafood at home? How do you like to prepare it?

Yum! I love grilled tilapia, but I’ve never tried that salsa. I’ll have to give it a whirl. When you grill fish, do you put it in foil?

I LOVE how you’ve “portion controlled” your plate too! Very disciplined, verrrrrrrrry disciplined! :)

We love seafood but stick to mainly fish. No shellfish for us, only because we don’t really like it. fish, on the other hand, we’ll eat almost any way you make it!

You’re not going to believe this one… tonight I was eatting some not so yummy salsa. Out of no where, your post about how you lost weight (and got healthier) popped in my mind…you mentioned salsa. I then thought about how my salsa that I canned last summer didn’t turn out very well. Then, (I promise I’m getting to the point here) I thought I should aske Bella~Mella if she has a good salsa recipe. Too funny! :)

On another note: thanks so much for checking out my blog from time to time. It’s encouraging to me.

This looks so yummy. I am going to buy this salsa from Sam’s. I love a good shrimp boil. Last weekend my husband made shrimp scampi for us. It was good also. Having access to fresh seafood makes a huge difference in the taste. Did you taste the cake??? B

The Mango salsa is one of our family favorites. My friend mixes it with lt. sour cream and serves it with nachos. We all enjoy seafood. Salmon is the fish of choice in our home. We buy it fresh from Costco and broil it with the seasoned butters on top of each piece. It is delicious! Your ideas and recipes always look good to me. Thank you for sharing them.
